Bradley Coleman, PE, leads our practice in the West with 28 years of environmental and civil engineering experience providing private, local, state and federal clients regulatory permitting and compliance, engineering design, construction management, and quality assurance services. He is one of Colorado's leading authorities on landfill redevelopment projects as well as industrial and municipal landfill/impoundment design and permitting.

Keith Connor has more than 34 years of experience in a variety of environmental engineering projects, including solid waste management planning; transfer station, material recovery facility, and composting facility siting, design, and permitting; landfill siting; hydrogeologic investigations; design and permitting; landfill gas; and site remediation. He also provides senior review of solid waste and environmental remediation system design projects.

Robert Craggs is the national manager of the solid waste and resource recovery practice with nearly nearly 25 years of experience in environmental consulting. He is experienced in assisting local governments and private companies with integrated solid waste management planning, recycling, solid waste conversion technologies, services/facility procurement and program/operations assessments.

Seth Cunningham, PE, LEED AP, brings creative and fiscally responsible solutions to technical problems through his focus on financial and operational consulting, with dual business and engineering degrees. His experience includes management of diverse municipal solid waste projects, including landfills, transfer stations, composting, material recovery facilities, collection and waste to energy.

Fred Doran, PE, has more than 25 years of solid waste consulting experience. As an environmental engineer, Mr. Doran works with local governments on planning, permitting, construction, operation assessments and regulatory compliance for solid waste management facilities. He is a national authority in leachate recirculation and bioreactor technology and is a registered professional engineer in four states, including Texas.

Matt Evans, PE, senior environmental engineer, manages the development, permitting, design and construction of landfills and landfill-related facilities. His experience includes municipal master plans, facility reviews, financial analyses, permitting, soil and groundwater remediation, industrial site cleanup and redevelopment, petroleum release investigations, vapor barrier systems, and regulatory report and grant submittals.

Scott Pasternak leads the solid waste and resource recovery practice for clients in the Southwest. Based in Austin, he focuses on solid waste and resource recovery programs for local, regional and state governments. His experience includes more than 20 years of solving technical and financial challenges nationwide, including master plans, financial and operational studies, and infrastructure projects.

Veronica Roof, JD, brings more than a decade of experience assisting state and local governments with solid waste management and resource recovery objectives. She specializes in developing strategies to assist local governments with procurement and ordinance issues. She has represented local governments in multiple states and has managed waste characterization studies and developed reduction strategies.

Chris Snider, PE, PG, is a program manager and project manager in the solid waste management field. His experience includes facility permitting and design, geologic/hydrogeologic subsurface investigations, civil engineering, construction quality assurance, construction management, landfill gas collection system design, landfill gas/biogas beneficial reuse projects, and landfill cover design.
