Burns & McDonnell performed an investment grade audit and implemented the measures to provide projected annual savings of $90,000 to the city of Colorado Springs, Colo. The audit included detailed surveys of the city administration building, Sertich Ice Center and the senior center, approximately 240,000 square feet. Analysis and modeling  included a comprehensive list of energy conservation measures and associated cost estimates. Implementation included LEED EB consulting, design, installation and construction management of the entire project.
