Retirement benefits matter to everyone, and Burns & McDonnell has created an employee-ownership structure to help provide for your future financial security.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): Burns & McDonnell's ESOP is a nationally recognized leader, regarded by the national ESOP Association as one of its finest. As a 100 percent employee-owned firm, employees participate directly in the profitability of our company at no cost to the individual.

401(k) Savings Plan: Employees may invest in the 401(k) Savings Plan through pre-tax or Roth payroll deductions. To encourage employee-owners to save for retirement, Burns & McDonnell matches 50 cents for each $1 contributed to the plan by an employee-owner on the first 6.5 percent of his or her salary. Participants become fully vested after six years of service.
